The Little Prince has been in our lives for 75 years and never ceases to amaze us. Antoine de Saint-Exupéry and his little boy with golden hair have taught us many valuable lessons throughout the years. The meaning of being true your feelings, the importance of not judging others or the significance of remembering to take care of the people you love are just some of the things that this story reminds us every time we come across it once again in our lifetimes.
If you live in Lisbon, you will now have a new opportunity to revisit this beautiful journey with an innovative musical version of The Little Prince. O PRINCIPEZINHO is a show adapted by Àngel Llàcer, Manu Guix and La Perla 29 (in Spain, 2016), now brought to Portugal by Universal Music Portugal and directed by Pedro Penim.
With a small cast of actors well known from the music and musical theatre industries (Mariana Pacheco, Paulo Vintém, Joana de Brito Silva, José Lobo and Diogo Bach), O PRINCIPEZINHO promises musical theatre accompanied by 3D virtual characters and visual effects with video mapping to transport all those in the audience to this special whimsical universe.
