By:

Inspired by the farces of ancient Rome, Forum tells the bawdy story of a slave named Pseudolus and his attempts to win his freedom by helping his young master, woo the girl next door. Along the way, Pseudolus learns this his plan is not so simple and will have to work harder than he ever has to earn his freedom.

Playgoers will be outstanded to see performance that is a mix of mistaken identity, double-crosses, surprise family reunions and looming disaster as slaves, citizens, soldiers and a group of courtesans find out what can happen on the way to the forum.

Forum is a fast-paced musical farce that promises to have audiences rolling on the floor," said Barbara Surloff, Director of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, "For anyone looking for a great laugh, we invite you to see this musical comedy."
