Binary Theatre Company is proud to present "W omen of War, " running April 21 to April 24 at Binary Theatre's new location, ASU Tempe Center. The all-­female cast is co-­directed by Kara Quinn Ward Tobin and Anya Hernandez, both theatre students at the ASU Herberger Institute of Design and the Arts. Tickets can be purchased online at BinaryTheatre.org or at the door.

Nine women sit captive in the wake of a nameless war, which has destroyed their homes and their lives. While they await their fate, the women deal with the complexities of war by recreating the events that brought them together. Along the way, they re­discover stories of the brutalities of war, the loss of homeland, departed love, and surviving in the struggle of defeat. Women of War is an original collaborative work inspired by the script written by Rebecca Jones and Karla Koskinen, originally produced at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

The cast features T aylor Couture, Sabrina Dahlmann, Mimi Gao, Madeline Geil, Erin Kong, Jisun Myung, Kahleia Reece, Micky Small, and Michaela Wooldridge.

The creative team includes Nikka Bacalzo (scenic design), Megan Burns (costume design), Anya Hernandez (director),Ethan Edward (lighting designer), Greer Vincent Rollier (original music), Ben Vining (stage manager), and Kara Ward­Tobin (director), Aleesha Williams (scenic design)
