MADAGASCAR: A MUSICAL ADVENTURE follows the story of Alex the Lion and his friends Marty the Zebra, Gloria the Hippo, and Melman the Giraffe. Alex is the king of the urban jungle, basking in his popularity as the main attraction in New York's Central Park Zoo. Along with his friends, he has spent his whole life before an admiring public, with everything and everyone at his beck and call. Curious to see what else is out there, his best friend Marty lets his curiosity get the better of him and escapes from the zoo into the city. This sets off the madcap journey the four zoosters embark on, from Grand Central Station to the incredibly zany world of King Juliens Madagascar!
