Act II Playhouse in Ambler is bringing back Artistic Director Tony Braithwaite's acclaimed and hilarious one-man-show Didn't Your Father Have This Talk with You? for two weeks only this summer. Performances will be held for July 24-Aug. 3.

Didn't Your Father Have This Talk with You? is about Braithwaite's 12 years teaching both religion and sex ed to high school boys at St. Joseph's Preparatory School, a Jesuit high school in Philadelphia. Directed by Mary Carpenter, the show includes storytelling, stand-up comedy, personal testimonies, one-liners, improvisation, audience interaction ... and even rap music!

Tickets for Didn't Your Father Have This Talk with You? are $25 for adults, with discounts available for subscribers, students and seniors 65+. Tickets are available by calling the Act II Box Office at (215) 654-0200, in person at 56 E. Butler Ave. in Ambler, or online at www.act2.org.

Also this summer, Act II will present More Broadway on Butler, a fun, musical show filled with singing and dancing from all your favorite Broadway musicals. Playing Aug. 7-17, More Broadway on Butler is directed by and starring Sonny Leo, who played Sancho Panza in Act II's recent hit production of Man of La Mancha.
