The Southland Theatre Artists Goodwill Event (S.T.A.G.E.) Benefit titled Sondheim 5, took place June 18th at Beverly Hills' beautiful Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in benefit of AIDS Project Los Angeles.  The much anticipated event, was once again directed by David Galligan.  Michael Orland served as Musical Director, with Choreography by Lee Martino; and BroadwayWorld TV's own Michael Sterling was on hand to talk to the stars just prior to their first of two performances.

A company of more than 25 stars of stage and screen entertained a packed house at the historic Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills on Saturday night (April 6) at the 29th Annual Southland Theatre Artists Goodwill Event (S.T.A.G.E.). BWW TV's Michael Sterling and Jerry Evans of the JLE Media Group were on hand for an up close and personal look at the event , themed 'Broadway, My Way,' which raised more than $285,000 for HIV/AIDS direct care, education, and advocacy services offered by AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA). Multiple Emmy and Golden Globe winner Ed Asner and Emmy and Golden Globe Nominee Marion Ross (Happy Days, Brothers & Sisters, Gilmore Girls), join an award-winning cast for a limited-time performance of a new sitcom, I've Got a Life in Kalamazoo, produced by the Emmy award-winning team of Teresa L. Thome and Patrick W. Ziegler of fubble entertainment, LLC. The performances take place at the Museum of Broadcast Communications (MBC) April 13 and 14, and will be filmed in front of a live audience, which will be used to pitch the show to network executives. Disney's The Little Mermaid, the hit Broadway musical based on the popular animated film, opened July 10 at Wells Fargo Pavilion for a two-week run through July 22. This Disney family favorite, part of the 2012 Music Circus season, features the popular songs "Part of Your World," "Under the Sea," and "Kiss the Girl." Tickets start at $30 for all performances, with specially-priced children's tickets available in any seating section.

In a shameless attempt to land jobs on Broadway, Michael and Becki don not-so-well-fitting masks of musical cabaret geniusness for idiots, by idiots. As described on the Feinstein's website: 'In their misguided quest to go from secondary T.V. actors to bona fide Broadway stars, watch as these two fools plot to take The Great White Way by storm.' The pair will perform two concerts at Feinstein's at Lowe's Regency on February 21 at 8:00pm and 10:30pm. Lance Horne musical directs.
