According to the Hollywood Reporter, The Weinstein Company's film, THE IRON LADY, the biopic of Britain's Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, is set to be released in theaters on December 30, 2011, just before the deadline to qualify for Oscar consideration.

The Weinstein Company's DIRTY GIRL hit theaters in limited release on October 7, 2011.
