The road crew over at the national tour of HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH have released a new video featuring the show's cast, director, and creator discussing the details of Hedwig's first outing on the national circuit.

As BroadwayWorld reported yesterday, legendary singer, songwriter and actor David Bowie has passed away following a long battle with cancer. He was 69. The news was shared on Bowie's officialFacebook : January 10 2016 -David Bowie died peacefully today surrounded by his family after a courageous 18 month battle with cancer.  While the world mourns the loss of the icon, C'mon Everybody celebrated his legacy last night with performances from Tony winner Lena Hall, Stephen Trask, Tim Mislock and many more. Taye Diggs will soon make his return to Broadway in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, taking over the lead role in the 2014 Tony Award winning Best Musical Revival from Darren Criss. Diggs will play a limited 12-week engagement starting Wednesday, July 22 at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street). As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Darren Criss will return to Broadway in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, the Tony Award winning Best Musical Revival, for a limited 12-week engagement starting Wednesday, April 29 at the Belasco Theatre. Additionally, Rebecca Naomi Jones (American Idiot, Passing Strange), will join the cast, in the role of Yitzhak, beginning Tuesday April 14 at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street).
