Swans Announce North American Tour Dates For 2020

Very special guest for these shows will be Anna von Hausswolff. Kicking off in Dallas, TX, the tour will finish with two Brooklyn dates at Warsaw June 26 and 27 - full details below. 

The Lone Bellow Debut New Song 'Wonder'

The Lone Bellow – Zach Williams, Kanene Donehey Pipkin, Brian Elmquist – have released 'Wonder,' the new song from their long-awaited soon-to-be-released album, HALF MOON LIGHT (Dualtone Records, an Entertainment One Company), the band's fourth studio LP and first one since 2017. Pulsing with the trio's signature harmonies, “Wonder” underpins the entire album with a loving call to reclaim the childlike awe and appreciation age takes away. It is the record's core message and transcendent truth. The song premiered yesterday via Relix, who called it 'moving, wistful.'

Today the LA-based DJ/producer PBDY (pronounced Peabody) releases “Tears or Rain”, his brilliant new single featuring the vocals of Future Islands frontman Samuel T. Herring (whose previous collaborations include BADBADNOTGOOD, Madlib, and Clams Casino). Watch the accompanying video directed by Diego Navarro. “Tears or Rain” arrives as the third single from PBDY's (real name Paul Preston) debut album Careworn to be released digitally via Brainfeeder on 15 November 2019.  

Pinegrove Announces New Album MARIGOLD

Pinegrove have revealed plans for their new album, Marigold, to be released on Rough Trade Records on January 17th, 2020. The announcement comes with a video for the second track to be released from the album, “Phase”, directed by Colin Read. The band quietly released the album's first single, “Moment”, in August and Marigold has been eagerly awaited by the band's dedicated and rapidly expanding fanbase for months. Details of its release come just days after Pinegrove wrapped a coast-to-coast tour of North America - performing to sold out theaters in front of their largest audiences to date. Today's announcement includes details of an extensive US and European tour for early 2020 (All dates below). Initial pre-orders of Marigold will come with a presale code for the 2020 dates.

Wilsen Announces New Album 'Ruiner,' Out Feb. 21

Foals Debut New Track 'The Runner'

Today, Foals debut “The Runner,” the second song off their forthcoming album, Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 2, which will be released on Warner Records on October 18th. Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 1 has been shortlisted for this month's Mercury Prize, and both “The Runner” and the previously released song, “Black Bull”, encapsulate Part 2's stylistic evolution. The song is set in the aftermath of the landscape described in the final songs of Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 1, a world that reflects our current emotional, political, and environmental predicament. Said lead singer Yannis Philippakis about the song: “It's a call to find a sense of purpose & perseverance despite the odds & despite the troubles we may find inside or outside ourselves.” Listen to “The Runner” here.

Matt Corby's video for his latest single “Talk It Out,” featuring fellow Australian multi-instrumentalist Tash Sultana, debuts today. The video was produced by Melbourne artist Andrew Onorato—who is known for his work on Childish Gambino's animated video for “Feels Like Summer”—and creatively directed by Corby and Sultana's mutual friend Pat Fox.
