A mix of Broadway stars and indie pop artists can be heard on Kerrigan & Lowdermilk's sophomore album Kerrigan-Lowdermilk Live, due to release on May 21, 2013.

Now in its 15th season, Lincoln Center's acclaimed series American Songbook celebrates the best in American singing and songwriting with a new chapter in the Songbook story: 'American Songbook in the Penthouse,' a series of weekend-only performances by performers and composers presented in the Stanley H. Kaplan Penthouse. Featured on Friday, April 19, was teh music of Kerrigan & Lowdermilk, featuring Michael Arden, Nikki M. James, Carrie Manolakos, Josh Young and others.

Hello again, Broadwayworld! It's Lourds Lane, book/music/lyrics writer of CHIX 6, and also performing as the violin playing misfit, RISE, in the show. We've had 3 weeks of shows and it's clear that CHIX 6 is resonating with audiences. We've received standing ovations every single show. This is more of an accomplishment than you might realize since we've played many shows to the Queens Theatre subscription audience where the average age was 80. No joke. In the first two weeks of performances, it felt like the Saturday matinee crowd would tell their parents to see the show which made Sunday matinee crowd even OLDER. The cast, who are mostly all Broadway veterans, have schooled me that typically, old folks don't stand up, even if they like the show. But with our show, these octogenarians jump to their feet without fail. 'Oh my gawsh, these kids are so tehhhlented!' As for the teenagers in the crowd, who've been showing up this past week, both girls AND boys have become rabid repeat fans. People wait outside the stage door weeping. Something is clearly working.

Whazzup,folks? It's Lourds Lane here again- the book/music/lyrics writer of the rock musical, CHIX 6. This month, we will begin our limited 5 week run at the Queens Theatre in the Park from September 27 to October 30 before we head to Broadway in 2012!

Hey there! Lourds Lane again! As you know, the cast of CHIX 6 is in rehearsal now for our developmental run at the Queens Theatre in the Park. Next year, it's Broadway... and I've never been busier in my life.

La Jolla Playhouse presents a new adaptation of Sleeping Beauty Wakes, book by Tony Award-winning librettist Rachel Sheinkin (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), with a score by composer Brendan Milburn and lyricist Valerie Vigoda, both of the acclaimed trio GrooveLily (Striking 12, Long Story Short), and directed by Rebecca Taichman, who will also direct The Playhouse's 2011/12 world premiere of Milk Like Sugar. A co-production with Princeton's McCarter Theatre Center, Sleeping Beauty Wakes runs July 19 - August 21 in the Mandell Weiss Theatre. Tracie Thoms (Cold Case, Rent), Jenna Leigh Green (Wicked), and Alexa Green (Wicked) have been added to the all-star lineup of Broadway stars performing at the upcoming concert of music from Jawbreaker, a new musical based on the cult-classic film, on Sunday, December 12th, 2010 at 9pm at the Canal Room in New York City. They join the previously announced cast, which includes Shoshana Bean (Wicked), Morgan James (Addams Family), Carrie Manolakos (Mamma Mia), and Deborah S. Craig (Spelling Bee).
