The highly anticipated new musical Waitress, opens Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Broadway's Brooks Atkinson Theatre (256 West 47th Street, between Broadway and Eighth Avenue), with previews starting on Friday, March 25, 2016. Waitress played a sold out limited engagement at the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA. Second Stage Theatre will present the world premiere production of INVISIBLE THREAD, a new musical by Matt Gould and Griffin Matthews, in association with American Repertory Theater, directed by Tony Award winner Diane Paulus (Finding Neverland, Pippin). INVISIBLE THREAD will begin previews on Saturday, October 31st at Second Stage's Tony Kiser Theatre (305 West 43rd street). Opening night is scheduled for Wednesday, December 2nd.
