Amy and Jeff Towers will present the evening, which will be produced by Tim Ranney.

PINKALICIOUS, at the Adventure Theatre - Musical Theater Center, in Glen Echo Park, directed by Carl Menninger, based on Victoria and Elizabeth Kann's children's novel, and adapted by the authors, with music and lyrics by John Gregor, is a winner. Although it is aimed at young children, it has plenty to delight parents and older kids as well.

The Wonderful World of Dissocia, which is wonderful indeed, is lovingly crafted by Theater Alliance, who have bounced back in a big way in their new space.

These individuals are so outlandish, they make the Mad Hatter look like Miss Manners and the March Hare look like the Easter bunny. Inspired by queer avant-garde artist, activist and filmmaker, Jarman (all this maddening beauty) invades the mind and artistic aesthetic of Derek Jarman (The Last of England, Sebastiane, The Tempest) to create a poetic and visually dynamic mash-up of video and live performance. This project will premiere in 2014 to coincide with the 20th anniversary of Jarman's death.
