Deadline.com is reporting that Neil Patrick Harris who hosted the Tony Awards two years ago will return as host for this year's broadcast. The 65th Annual Tony Awards will be broadcast in a live three-hour ceremony from the Beacon Theatre on the CBS television network on Sunday, June 12, 2011.

Universal Pictures Stage Productions, Working Title Films and Old Vic Productions in association with Weinstein Live Entertainment announced today that Tade Biesinger will join the cast of the 10-time Tony Award-winning Billy Elliot the Musical, in the role of ‘Billy.' The production which recently celebrated its 1,000 performance at the Imperial Theatre welcomes Biesinger as the thirteenth ‘Billy' to perform on Broadway. Current ‘Billy' Alex Ko will play his final performance May 15, 2011 at 7:30pm.

Today, 13 April 2011, twelve year old Ryan Collinson from Southport, becomes the twenty-sixth boy to play the title role in the West End production of Billy Elliot the Musical. The internationally award-winning show, which opened a the Victoria Palace Theatre in 2005, has been seen by over 6 million people worldwide, including 3 million in the West End. Ryan becomes the 56th boy to play Billy Elliot worldwide since Jamie Bell in the award-winning film.
