Theatre Communications Group (TCG), home for the International Theatre Institute-US (ITI-US) announces its participation, beginning today, in the Fujairah International Monodrama Festival from January 14 to 22, 2010.

Broadway Classroom will present its 'Putting it All Together' series on Saturday, March 13, 2010. Taught by Broadway stars Melissa Rae Mahon and Sean McKnight, this innovative 3½-hour workshop includes audition techniques, musical theatre song and movement and a Q&A with Broadway professionals, as well as lunch at Planet Hollywood and a ticket to see Chicago the Musical.

Back in the mid-1990s, local singer and actor Deborah Sharn started a talk show about St. Louis theatre on KDHX 88.1 FM, called 'Break a Leg: Theatre in St. Louis and Beyond.'

Pillsbury House Theatre presents the area premiere of the fantastical thriller King of Shadows by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. King of Shadows will be directed by Randy Reyes and features newcomer Qadir Khan along with Twin Cities' actors Josh Foldy, Catherine Johnson Justice, and Taj Ruler. Performances run October 2 through November 1, 2009 on the Pillsbury House Theatre Mainstage at 3501 Chicago Ave. S. in Minneapolis.

People's Light & Theatre Company kicks off their 35th Anniversary Season with the American Premiere of NATHAN THE WISE translated by Edward Kemp from the play by Gotthold Ephraim Lessing. NATHAN THE WISE runs from September 16 - October 11, 2009, on the Main Stage. Artistic Director Abigail Adams directs. People's Light & Theatre is located at 39 Conestoga Road, Malvern.
