The third annual summer season at Weill Hall + Lawn at the Green Music Center (GMC) begins tonight, July 4, 2015, at 7:30 p.m. with an all-American program featuring Broadway and television star Megan Hilty with the Santa Rosa Symphony, led by Principal Pops Conductor Michael Berkowitz.

According to the Washington Post, Signature Theatre's 2013-14 season will include three world premiere musicals, one world-premiere play, a developmental run of a world-premiere musical, and revivals of Miss Saigon, Gypsy and The Threepenny Opera. Signature's Artistic Director Eric Schaeffer will be directing all four of the new musicals, as well as Miss Saigon.

Whatsonstage reports that the West End's OLIVER! revival has set a closing date of 8 January, 2011. The production opened on 14 January 2009 with the West End's largest advance ever: £15 million. A spokesperson for the show is reported as saying: 'For a show as enormous as OLIVER!, a two-year run at Drury Lane is just fantastic, so we are going to have a sensational six-month send-off.' That send-off includes a special engagement on 30 June 2010, in which Ron Moody will return to the role of 'Fagin' for a special one-night-only 50th anniversary performance. He began performances in the same role at London's New Theatre on 30 June, 1960.

Oliver took in £3 million more than Dirty Dancing did in 2006, a stunning feat in these tough economic times. The production now has sound clips from its upcoming cast album available on the official Oliver! website. You can find them by going here!

Sir Cameron Mackintosh's spectacular ?4.5 million revival of Oliver! is already the fastest selling on record, with ?15 million in advance ticket sales before it even opened on January 14th at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Oliver took in ?3 million more than Dirty Dancing did in 2006, a stunning feat in these tough economic times. Robert Goold (Best Director, 2008 Olivier Awards) directs this production of Oliver!, which is based on Sam Mendes' triumphant 1994 staging, along with Tony award winning co-director and choreographer Matthew Bourne. Cameron Mackintosh's new production of OLIVER!' starts previews tonight Saturday 13 December at 7.30pm at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. The earlier scheduled preview performances on Friday 12 December at 7.30pm and Saturday 13 December matinee at 2.30pm were canceled.

Cameron Mackintosh will present Rowan Atkinson as 'Fagin' in Lionel Bart's musical masterpiece 'OLIVER!' at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, with performances commencing from 12 December 2008 and a press night on 14 January 2009.
