Direct from his award nominated performance as Emcee, internationally celebrated singer/songwriter WILL YOUNG reprises his role in Rufus Norris' acclaimed production of CABARET. Following a successful West End run, the UK tour of CABARET will open at the NEW WIMBLEDON THEATRE on WEDNESDAY 28 AUGUST.

Mitch Albom announced today, from his show on WJR radio, that Ernie will once again return to the City Theatre, located inside of Hockeytown Cafe and just one block from Comerica Park, to offer fans a third season to remember 'The Voice of Summer' starting today, June 6. Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network, the two-man play, dedicated to the late and beloved Hall of Fame Detroit Tiger announcer, Ernie Harwell, will also welcome back local stage favorites Will Young, as the iconic Harwell, and TJ Corbett in the role of 'The Boy'.

The National Theatre's production of The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time leads the list with eight nominations, followed by the toe-tapping new musical Top Hat receiving seven, and the West End transfer of Chichester Festival Theatre's revival of Sweeney Todd in close competition with six. Other stand-out nominations include The Audience and Kiss Me, Kate receiving five each, and Constellations, The Bodyguard and Twelfth Night with four.

The smash hit West End musical GHOST the Musical, based on the Academy Award winning film, is to tour throughout the UK opening at the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff in April 2013. GHOST the Musical is directed by the Tony award winning Matthew Warchus (Matilda, Art) and has music and lyrics by Grammy® award winning Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) and Glen Ballard and features the iconic song Unchained Melody. Set and costume designs are by Rob Howell, musical supervision and arrangements by Christopher Nightingale, illusions are by Paul Kieve, choreography is by Ashley Wallen, video and projection designs by Jon Driscoll, lighting by Hugh Vanstone and sound by Bobby Aitken. The UK tour is being produced by David Ian Productions, The Ambassador Theatre Group, Colin Ingram, and Hello Entertainment/David Garfinkle. Full casting for the tour will be announced later this year.

KickstArt's CABARET, the classic musical by John Kander, Fred Ebb and Joe Masteroff based on Christopher Isherwood's semi-autobiographical GOODBYE TO BERLIN, has opened at last in Cape Town. A professional production of the show has not been seen in this city for far too long and, in this fantastic production, its return is a welcome one.
