The first group of presenters for the 70th Annual GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS has been announced. Among the line up is Meryl Streep, George Clooney, Will Ferrell, Kristen Wiig, Nathan Fillion, Jennifer Garner, Jennifer Lopez, Debra Messing, Jeremy Renner, Amanda Seyfried, Jason Statham and Kerry Washington.

Emmy Award nominee Maura Tierney and two-time Tony Award nominee Courtney B. Vance have joined the cast of LUCKY GUY on Broadway. Tierney will be making her Broadway debut, while Vance will be returning to Broadway for the first time in 20 years. The production stars two-time Academy Award-winner Tom Hanks, making his Broadway debut, in a new play by three-time Academy Award-nominee Nora Ephron and directed by two-time Tony Award-winner George C. Wolfe.

Put down the books and grab a drink! 'Drunk History' is moving to COMEDY CENTRAL. 'Drunk History,' a weekly, half-hour series where historical reenactments by A-list talent are presented by inebriated storytellers, has been ordered to series, it was announced today by Kent Alterman , Head of Original Programming and Production, COMEDY CENTRAL. Produced by Gary Sanchez Productions and executive produced by creator and star Derek Waters , Writer and Director Jeremy Konner , along with Gary Sanchez Productions' Will Ferrell , Adam McKay , Chris Henchy and Owen Burke , the series is set to premiere eight episodes this summer.

Upright Citizen Brigade has announced January extension dates for The 2017 Tony Awardz, a musical parody by Stephanie Streisand and Rocco Privetera. Performances will be held Monday, January 2nd and 9th, 2013 at 8:00pm (with future dates to be announced). Evan Greenspoon (Jest) directs a cast of seven including Stephanie Streisand (Late Night with Jimmy Fallon), Michael Hartney(30 Rock, Small Time), Richard "Big Rich" Armstead, Adam Bozarth, Caroline Cotter, Matthew Frazier, and Douglas Widick. The 2017 Tony Awardz will run at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, 307 West 26th Street, in New York City.

Cheri Oteri Extends NEWSICAL Run Through 1/13

After exceeding box office expectations, former Saturday Night Live funny-girl Cheri Oteri has announced she will extend her four-week run in off Broadway's NEWSical The Musical for two additional weeks. Ms Oteri's last scheduled performance was originally scheduled for December 30th; due to popular demand, she will now continue through January 13th.

The theatre, which opened on December 20, 1912 with a Peg O'My Heart starring Laurette Taylor, is currently home to the Broadway Premiere of Grace, which will end its limited engagement on January 6, 2013. It will next be home to the World Premiere production of Truman Capote's Breakfast at Tiffany's, a new play written by Richard Greenberg, which starts performances on Monday, March 4 and opens on Wednesday, March 20.
