ELF returns to Broadway this holiday season at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street). Performances will began last week, Friday, November 9, 2012, and the production will play a limited engagement of nine weeks for the holiday season through Sunday, January 6, 2013. last night the show welcomed Mamarazzi, hosted by The Moms (Denise Albert and Melissa Musen Gerstein) and Sierra Mist Cranberry Splash. According to film-news.co.uk, the sequel to the highly successful comedy ANCHORMAN, will feature choreographed musical numbers. The comedy will once again star Will Ferrell as news anchorman Ron Burgundy. Paul Rudd, Steve Carell and Christina Applegate will also star.

He will be joined by Leslie Kritzer (Sondheim on Sondheim, A Catered Affair) as 'Jovie' and Mitchell Sink as 'Michael' in his Broadway debut.

Former Saturday Night Live funny-girl Cheri Oteri joins the cast of off Broadway's NEWSical The Musical for four weeks only. NEWSical the Musical is the forever changing, completely un-sanitized musical mockery of all the news that's fit to spoof. From Bloomberg's sign language interpreter to Honey Boo Boo Child to the aftermath of the 2012 Presidential Election, NEWSicalthe Musical sets all of today's biggest pop culture headlines to song. Earlier this fall, celebrity gossip guru Perez Hilton joined the show for a limited run, followed by Broadway's original Annie, Andrea McArdle. Comedian Cheri Oteri is the next guest star to take the raucous stage. She'll appear in NEWSical The Musical from December3rd through December 30th.

'Elf the Musical' boasts a jazzy, highly enjoyable score by Doug Besterman, and traces Buddy the Elf's quest to find his biological father in the faraway land of New York City.

Hosted by politically-minded comedian and TV personality Wanda Sykes, Logo's 'NewNowNext Vote with Wanda Sykes' election specials will educate, activate and entertain viewers while shining a spotlight on the state of national politics through an LGBT lens. Taped in front of a live studio audience in Times Square in New York City, the specials will feature a rapid-fire, roundtable format with notable panelists from both sides of the political aisle. The second special airs tonight on election-eve, Monday, November 5th (time TBA) on Logo.

Comedy Works is pleased to announce that Fortune Feimster will perform four shows at Comedy Works South at the Landmark on Friday, November 30 and Saturday, December 1. Showtimes are 7:15PM and 9:45PM on both nights. All tickets are $23.

Comedy fans will be treated to an evening filled with some of Hollywood's biggest comedic superstars appearing and performing at Spike TV's 'Eddie Murphy: One Night Only,' the first-ever televised tribute to the comedy legend. Joining the all-star talent roster, which features many of Murphy's peers and co-stars, includes Jamie Foxx, Adam Sandler, Tyler Perry, Keenen Ivory Wayans and Nick Nolte. In addition, The Roots will perform throughout the evening as the show's house band. 'Eddie Murphy: One Night Only' will tape on Saturday, November 3 at the Saban Theatre in Los Angeles and will air on Wednesday, November 14.

ABC Family's '25 Days of Christmas,' cable's biggest programming event of the year, returns with 25 continuous days of holiday-themed entertainment for the whole family. From December 1 - 25, viewers can ring in the holidays with original movies, holiday specials and returning favorites.

Fuse, the national music television network of The Madison Square Garden Company, announced today that FUNNY OR DIE'S BILLY ON THE STREET will return to Fuse on Friday, December 7 at 10pm EST.

Will Ferrell ('Anchorman,' 'Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby') stars in the ELF, a comedy about a man raised as an elf at the North Pole who is sent to New York in search of his true identity, to be rebroadcast Saturday, Dec. 15 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
