ABC continues its commitment to great storytelling with the announcement of its 2015-16 slate of programming, including the addition of 10 new series. Paul Lee, president, ABC Entertainment Group, will unveil the network's new lineup to the advertising and media communities this afternoon at Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall.

The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra and Conductor John Morris Russell presented THE MUSIC MAN.  Presented by PNC along with the Pops Artist Series Sponsor, The Otto M. Budig Family Foundation, the Cincinnati Pops welcomes back some of the Orchestra's favorite guest artists while exploring new artistic genres and collaborations - including a semi-staged concert of THE MUSIC MAN, starring Will Chaseand Betsy Wolfe, set for May 1-3, 2015.

The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust announces a one night only performance of Broadway Showstoppers featuring award-winning performing artists Mandy Gonzalez, Cady Huffman, Telly Leung and Alton Fitzgerald White will take place on Monday, May 4, 2015, at 7:30 p.m., Cabaret at Theater Square, 655 Penn Avenue, in Pittsburgh's Cultural District. The TRUST Cabaret Series is presented by the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and provides a unique and intimate opportunity for audiences to experience the finest cabaret acts in the entertainment industry. The evening will include these four talented Broadway stars singing songs on their repertoire from shows in which they have performed. Stephen DeAngelis is the creator, producer and host of Broadway Showstoppers, with musical direction and accompaniment by Eugene Gwozdz.

On the next episode of ABC's NASHVILLE titled "Nobody Knows But Me", with the arrival of his former fiancee in Nashville, Jeff finds himself face-to-face with Jade St. John (guest star Christina Aguilera).

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Craig Zadan and Neil Meron will present a concert presentation of the musical created within the NBC TV series 'Smash,' Bombshell, with music by Marc Shaiman, lyrics by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman, co-directed by Joshua Bergasse and Scott Wittman with choreography by Joshua Bergasse. The one-night only landmark event benefitting The Actors Fund is set for Monday evening, June 8, 2015 at The Minskoff Theatre (1515 Broadway). Now, according to a recent tweet from Zadan, the show officially will get an audio nor video recording. He writes: 'Unfortunately, it's a one night only event. There will be no recording. '

BOMBSHELL is huge smash!

Barbara Cook's Spotlight Series at The Kennedy Center has served as an incredible showcase for some of Broadway's greatest talent to take a smaller stage. The first one I attended was 5 years ago when Laura Benanti took the stage. Since then, dozens of other brilliant performers have taken to the Terrace stage to share a different, more casual side.
