Award-winning comedian David Cross today announced he will return to the road in 2016 with a stand-up comedy tour playing theatres across the country. Named one of the Top 100 Stand-Up Comedians of All Time by Comedy Central, Cross will launch his "Making America Great Again!" tour on Tuesday, January 26 at Observatory North Park in San Diego, California, and continue nationwide thru April 2016. The tour hits Denver's Paramount Theatre on Tuesday, March 8th at 8 PM and Boulder Theater on Wednesday, March 9th at 8 PM. Tickets go ON SALE Friday, January 8th at 10 AM. Avi Hoffman, whose recent performance as Willy Loman in Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman for the New Yiddish Rep at Off Broadway's Castillo Theatre won consistently rave reviews, will direct Unlikely Heroes, a new play by first time playwright Dr. Charles Gluck. Hoffman, who will also act in the production, will be joined on stage by a veritable 'Who's Who' of South Florida Theatre - the cast of Unlikely Heroes includes Patti Gardner, Robert Johnston, Margot Moreland, Kim Ostrenko, and Michael H. Small. The production will run from January 28th - February 21st at the Mizner Park Cultural Arts Center in Boca Raton.

The dust has only recently settled on the last production of Hairspray at the Curve in Leicester but now this production is on the road across the UK. Based on the packed house at the New Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham last night, it's proven itself to be a show that people will return to. It's just upsetting that this time around the show did not live up to my expectations.
