Arden Theatre Company announces final additions to the 2017/18 30th Anniversary Season. Just announced today, the season will close with the Tony-Award winning musical, FUN HOME. An additional production, the international, off-Broadway hit EVERY BRILLIANT THING, will run as the inaugural production in the Selma M. and Robert J. Horan Studio Theatre in the Hamilton Family Arts Center.
The final production of UW Drama's 2016 - 2017 is Sueño, Obie Award-winning playwright Jose Rivera's translation and adaptation of Pedro Calderon de la Barca's 1629 drama La vida es sueño (Life is a Dream).

Whit MacLaughlin, Artistic Director of Philadelphia's New Paradise Laboratories, has been in residence at the University of Washington School of Drama developing a new devised work with the school's MFA actors and designers. NPL creates innovative theatre works in a variety of media.
Award-winning actor David Morse will be the first to perform White Rabbit, Red Rabbit at this year's Fringe Festival presented by FringeArts for one performance only on Saturday, Sept. 6 at 4 p.m. A different actor takes the stage for each performance. A lineup of local favorites, including WHYY's Jennifer Lynn, Leonard Haas, Pete Pryor, Mary Tuomanen and Whit MacLaughlin, will each perform the show only once, seeing the script for the first time as they step on stage.
