An unparalleled program, NMTI is for driven students seeking a launching pad into the music theater profession through broad-based, ensemble training. Applications for the inaugural fall 2014 semester are due by March 20.

On Sunday, November 3rd at Joe's Pub, Steve Pasquale (The Bridges of Madison County, "Do No Harm", "Rescue Me") hosts an evening of fabulous performers sharing video of their most embarrassing moments onstage and then redeeming themselves by recreating that moment live on stage. Broadway musical director Mary-Mitchell Campbell (Big Fish, The Addams Family) will serve as the music director for the evening, which includes participation by Pasquale, Hunter Bell ([title of show], Grinch), Susan Blackwell ([title of show], "Side By Side"), Peter Jacobson ('House'), Lin-Manuel Miranda (In the Heights, "Do No Harm"), Krysta Rodriguez (First Date, "Smash"), Jeremy Shamos (The Assembled Parties, Clybourne Park), Wesley Taylor (Little Miss Sunshine, 'Smash'), Betsy Wolfe (Last Five Years, Drood), and David Yazbek(The Full Monty, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels) At the end of the evening, the audience will vote on the star performer who most redeemed themselves through their efforts that night. The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center has announced cast members for the 2013 National Music Theater Conference. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Paulette Haupt, the Conference will run from June 22 to July 12 and will develop three new musicals.

Dickinson, with special guest Nathan Lane, have been announced as presenters and performers at the 69th Annual Theatre World Awards Ceremony on Monday evening, June 3, 2013 beginning at 6:45 p.m. at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street), home of the current Broadway revival of Pippin.
