The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, in partnership with Mark Cortale, has added two new leading ladies to the line-up of Seth Rudetsky's Broadway Concert Series, for the 2015-16 season. Performances by Tony-Award winners Kelli O'Hara and Sutton Foster have been added due to popular demand, completing the roster of Broadway powerhouses to perform with Sirius XM star Seth Rudetsky. The series kicks off with Tony-Award winner Audra McDonald on Wednesday, October 7. Additional performances in the series will take place on Friday, January 29 (Kelli O'Hara), Thursday, March 3 (Sutton Foster), and as previously announced, Thursday, May 5 (Megan Hilty). All performances will be held at the Merriam Theater at 8:00 p.m. In this unique series, Rudetsky will serve as pianist and host, engaging in intimate and witty conversations with the Broadway stars, all while presenting an evening of stellar performances of musical theater favorites.

Well-Strung, the pop/classical fusion group, released their third music video today titled 'Royals (Feat. Palladio)' in anticipation of their new albumPOPssical due out on October 2. Check it out below!

The all-male string quartet Well-Strung has been receiving rave reviews all over the world - from the House of Blues in New Orleans to the Leicester Square Theatre in London - and now they return to Feinstein's at the Nikko on Sunday, October 4 at 7 p.m. for one performance only to celebrate the release of their new CD, 'POPssical' (available October 2015).

In honor of the show's return to New York this year, BroadwayWorld caught up with Carter, who recently wrapped a run in the West End musical I CAN'T SING! (opposite Cynthia Erivo,) to find out what he thought the made the piece 'a little golden gem,' how he found his footing in the dozens of characters he portrays, and more!

The production is directed by Richard Jay-Alexander who has directed productions for Barbra Streisand (who is also Ms. Kind's big sister), as well as for Kristin Chenoweth, Il Divo, Bette Midler and Well-Strung. When the all-male musical foursome Well-Strung released their new video 'Chelsea's Mom' on YouTube just over a week ago, the resulting chain of events was something that not even the most powerful entertainment moguls could have engineered, let alone an indie pop-classical singing string quartet.

When it comes to either their signature pop-classical mashups - or their politics for that matter - Well-Strung, The Singing String Quartet, wears its heart on its sleeve. For the first single from their upcoming new album titled 'POPssical', due out in early October, the group debuts their new music video 'Chelsea's Mom' today on YouTube. The video is Well-Strung's inventive take on the Fountains of Wayne hit 'Stacy's Mom', reimagined as a tribute to 2016 Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. The musical arrangement for strings is by Well-Strung with lyrics by Well-Strung, Jeffery Roberson & Jacques Lamarre. The video was filmed by Blake Drummond, edited by Randy Rainbow and was produced by Mark Cortale, Matt Farber and Well-Strung.

Well-Strung, The Singing String Quartet, will return to Provincetown on July 1 to debut their brand new show 'Summer Lovin' directed by Richard Jay-Alexander. The show arrives in conjunction with the launch of the group's Kickstarter campaign for their new CD entitled 'POPssical' scheduled for release this fall.
