The production, which began its run in November 2009 is directed by Jim Corti, with musical direction by Doug Peck. New Perspectives Theatre Company (Melody Brooks, Artistic Director) announced today that the company will produce Hamlet, its first main stage Shakespeare play since losing its Pelican Studio Theatre four years ago. Directed by Melody Brooks, performances of Hamlet run May 13 through 23, 2010 at Shetler Studios' Theatre 54 (244 West 54th St., 12th Floor).

Parsons Dance presents two short evenings as part of the company's 10th annual Summer Intensive Workshop for professional and pre-professional dancers. Horn Foundation, the distinguished, award-winning playwright John Guare will serve as judge for the Yale Drama Series for three years - 2011, 2012 and 2013. Ms Horn said, 'What an honor for the Foundation and the Series that John Guare will be our next judge. The job is mammoth and he embraces it with joy and enthusiasm.'
