FX Orders 'American Horror Story' to Series With Jessica Lange, Denis O'Hare, et al.

FX has placed a 13-episode order for its next original drama series, American Horror Story, co-created by former Nip/Tuck executive producers and current Glee co-creators/executive producers Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, announced John Landgraf, President and General Manager, FX Networks. American Horror Story begins production in Los Angeles on July 27 and will premiere on FX in October.

VENUS IN FUR Starring Nina Arianda to Hit Broadway in November

Lynne Meadow (Artistic Director) and Barry Grove (Executive Producer), announced that Manhattan Theatre Club, by special arrangement with Jon B. Platt and Scott Landis, will produce the Broadway premiere of VENUS IN FUR, the play by David Ives directed by Tony Award winner Walter Bobbie featuring Tony Award nominee Nina Arianda reprising her acclaimed breakthrough performance. VENUS IN FUR will begin performances Thursday, October 13 at MTC's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street) in a limited engagement. A November opening night for the production will be announced shortly.

Steve Burns, the original host of the hit children's TV series, Blue's Clues, will appear at the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival this summer in The Comedy of Errors opening June 24 at DeSales University.

One of our most beloved signature events is Late Night Storytelling at the 'Sconset Casino. We are delighted to have our beloved NFF alumni, Anne Meara, back as one of our hosts. Meara is currently appearing in the Off-Broadway show, Love, Loss and What I Wore alongside Conchata Ferrell, B. Smith, Minka Kelly and Anna Lynne McCord. Joining her this year will be funnyman and TV veteran, Mike O' Malley, who currently can be seen on the FOX show, Glee, but has worked for many years on such television shows as Parenthood, My Name is Earl, Nickelodeon's GUTS and six seasons of the acclaimed sitcom, Yes, Dear
