Following four weeks of heats and an electrifying final show, the winner of the UK's first ever circus competition was announced on Saturday night. Hand to hand balancing maestros Louis and Beren has been crowned the best act in the land in a competition created by Underbelly Productions, the production arm of Underbelly Limited and Circus Space, the National Centre for Circus Arts.

In author Tim Johnson's exciting debut novel, Savannah, Johnson explores the world of gambling, of which little is known, with strong characters, topical issues, and thrilling action scenes.

Following the success of The World Holds Everyone Apart, Apart From Us - nominated for the Arches Brick Award (Edinburgh Fringe 2011) and Best Theatre, Best Performer and the Underbelly Edinburgh Award (Adelaide Fringe 2011) - Stuart Bowden presents his highly anticipated second solo show The Beast.

Dixon Place & The Apothetae present The Penalty, written by Clay McLeod Chapman and directed by Kris Thor, with music and lyrics by Robert M. Johanson and Clay McLeod Chapman. The inaugural show for a company devoted to theatre featuring disabled artists begins previews on Thursday, June 13 at 7:30, and continues Fridays and Saturdays: June 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 & 29 at 7:30 at Dixon Place, 161A Chrystie Street, New York, NY.

Paul Roseby, Artistic Director of the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain (NYT) today announced that the company's 2013 season would see the creation of a new Rep Company for 15 young actors, who will perform in all three shows in rep at London's Ambassadors Theatre.
