Broadway In Boston, announced today that tickets for the upcoming Boston engagement of FINDING NEVERLAND will go on sale to the public this Sunday, May 7th.  FINDING NEVERLAND will play a limited two week engagement at the Boston Opera House August 8-20, 2017 as part of the 2016-2017 Lexus Broadway In Boston Season.

Going to see FINDING NEVERLAND for the first time didn't raise any specific expectations. Having heard a little bit about it over the years, there were a few things to consider. It was the story of J.M. Barrie and how he came to write the famed Peter Pan story many years ago. It was well received by audiences on Broadway but was snubbed by the Tony Awards. But, still going in with an open mind and desire to know what the story was all about, it was pleasantly surprising.

The national tour of Finding Neverland will welcome Billy Harrigan Tighe to the role of J.M. Barrie starting Tuesday, February 7, 2017. 

If you're looking for spectacular entertainment that fills you with wonder then look no further; FINDING NEVERLAND is the show for you. This would be a very good show based solely on the book (James Graham) and music (music and lyrics by Gary Barlow and Eliot Kennedy) that it features, but it goes far beyond that in conjuring up an absolutely remarkable theatrical experience. Based on THE MAN WHO WAS PETER PAN, by Allan Knee, as well as the eponymous motion picture, this is a marvelously cast, tune-filled excursion into the imagination of J.M. Barrie. It's really a must-see show, so catch it while you can!
