Ground UP Productions presents the World Premiere of Rubber Ducks and Sunsets, written by Catya McMullen and directed by Kate Middleton, with original music by Reel Big Fish's Scott Klopfenstein. Rubber Ducks and Sunsets runs from July 12 - 27, 2013 in a limited engagement at the Gene Frankel Theatre, located at 24 Bond Street between Lafayette & Bowery in New York City. While the bold and brave new musical Next to Normal rocks the Weston Playhouse MainStage, a smaller but mighty new musical, Loving Leo, opens at the Weston Rod and Gun Club (July 18 - August 4.) In this intimate venue, transformed for the summer theatre season, audience members will take an up-close and personal journey with Broadway-accredited actors, and will be among the first to witness the piece brought to full production.

59E59 Theaters (Elysabeth Kleinhans, Artistic Director; Peter Tear, Executive Producer) will welcome kef theatrical productions THE AWAKE, written by Ken Urban and directed by Adam Fitzgerald. THE AWAKE begins performances on Thursday, August 22 for a limited engagement through Sunday, September 8. The performance schedule is Tuesday - Thursday at 7:30 PM; Friday and Saturday at 8:30 PM; Sunday at 3:30 PM. Performances are at 59E59 Theaters (59 East 59th Street, between Park and Madison Avenues). Tickets are $18 ($12.60 for 59E59 Members). This production of MAME was originally produced at the Media Theatre in Media, Pennsylvania. Jesse Cline directs the show, and MAME stars Andrea McArdle as Mame and Lea DeLaria as Vera Charles. Bucks County Playhouse's MAME will delight audiences with its exceptional choreography, powerful singing, and its heartwarming plot. Planet Connections Theatre Festivity Stages New Musical WALDEN, Now thru 6/23

The Planet Connections Theatre Festivity presents Walden, a story-theatre style musical adaptation of Thoreau's best seller, featuring his work on the underground railroad and his star-crossed romance. Six performances for Walden will be held at the Robert Moss Theatre, 440 Lafayette Street, NYC from today, May 29-June 15 as part of The Planet Connections Theatre Festivity. The Festivity will take place May 29th through June 23rd at Gene Frankel and Robert Moss Theatres in New York City.
