Linda Shelton, Executive Director of The Joyce Theater, announced today the organization's programming for its 2016-2017 fall/winter season, which promises to be particularly spectacular, with Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company, Lucinda Childs Dance Company, and Martha Graham Dance Company all returning to The Joyce for two-week engagements.

?In April and May 2016, Joe's Pub at The Public will present the revival of Kiki and Herb, the legendary and fanatically-loved cabaret duo played by Mx Justin Vivian Bond and Kenny Mellman. Born in 1992 in San Francisco and retired in 2007 in New York City, the "perverse" and "transcendental" (The New York Times) septuagenarian lounge-singers will debut a new show entitled Seeking Asylum!

THE MEETING* hosted by Justin Sayre, the acclaimed comedy/variety show, will return to JOE'S PUB at The Public Theater to continue the Winter/Spring 2016 season on Sunday, April 17 at 9:30 PM. The April show will honor the iconic entertainer Barbra Streisand with special guests Jessica Vosk, Nick Cearley, Inyang Bassey and Amber Martin, with others to be announced. Tracy Stark serves as the show's Music Director.

In the third show in the Lott Entertainment Presents Joe's Pub Series, singer/songwriter/former child star Bridget Barkan will bring her unique blend of music and storytelling to Houston for one night only. She'll combine music from her Joe's Pub show and album, Dear Stranger I Love You, with original and cover music, hilarious stories and a first-time musical collaboration with Houston-based artist Brant Croucher.

Sven Ratzke -- the transgressive European Entertainer Extraordinaire -- will celebrate the New York debut of his international hit show STARMAN at Joe's Pub at the Public for three shows only from May 23-26.

A story for Slate.com called the evening "so deliciously icy that it left me shivering with fear and delight." The 2014-2015 season sold out after a profile in The New York Times "Arts & Leisure" section. The March show will honor the celebrated singer and songwriter Elton John with special guests Natalie Joy Johnson, Lance Horne and The Quinns (Nadia Quinn and Ameara Wahhab) with others to be announced. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts today announced programming for the 2016-2017 season for the Center, the National Symphony Orchestra, and Washington National Opera, including its Broadway lineup.
