Tickets to the American Theatre Wing's 67th Annual Tony Awards will go on sale at TonyAwards.com on Tuesday, April 30.

USA Today has just unveiled a scoop that the nominations for THE 67TH ANNUAL TONY AWARDS will be announced live in the early morning hours on Tuesday, April 30 from New York City by Tony winner Sutton Foster and Jesse Tyler Ferguson.

THE 67TH ANNUAL TONY AWARDS will be broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall in New York City, Sunday, June 9 (8:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. The awards show, which honors theater professionals for distinguished achievement on Broadway, has been a part of the CBS family since 1978. Nominations in 26 competitive categories for THE 66th ANNUAL TONY AWARDS® were announced today by Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning actor Jim Parsons and Tony and Emmy Award-winning actress Kristin Chenoweth at the Tony Award Nominations Announcement.

Neil Patrick Harris will return as the host of the 66th Annual Tony Awards Telecast, which broadcasts on June 10. Harris tweeted the news yesterday following the Broadway League and American Theater Wing announcement in the New York Times.

Theatre Aspen is holding a private reading of the new musical Cross That River on Thursday, January 26th, in New York City. The musical is subtitled "a new musical about the black west" with a book by Allan & Pat Harris and Andrew Carl Wilk and music and lyrics by Allan Harris (based on an original story by Allan & Pat Harris).

MARTIN, a new musical by legendary composer/lyricist Charles Strouse and bookwriter Leslie Lee, will be presented Off-Broadway by the Negro Ensemble Company, with performances beginning this Wednesday, October 19th. The limited engagement is set to run through October 30th at the Kraine Theater, 85 East 4th Street (between Second & Third Ave.) Under the direction of Jeffrey B. Moss and choreographed by Barbara Siman, the cast of MARTIN features Gilbert Glenn Brown, Dameka Hayes, Heather Massie, Kyle Minshew, Tony Perry, Raena White, and Curtis Wiley. The Musical Director is Skip Brevis.
