The 11th Annual Las Vegas Film Festival, partnered with CineVegas,announced this morning the initial programming lineup for the 2018 Festival, to be held at Brenden Theatres and Palms Casino Resort June 6 – 10. The lineup includes a mix of feature films and documentaries that have been favorites on the international festival circuit, as well as new additions to this year's Festival - live discussions and live comedy. 2018 also marks the first year with seasoned film festival programming veteran Mike Plante serving as the Festival's Captain of Strategy.
According to Deadline, Jeffrey Tambor is set to appear on the upcoming fifth season of the comedy hit ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT when it returns on Netflix. Tambor recently exited the Amazon original series TRANSPARENT amid sexual harassment claims. The allegations have come from two members of the shows family. The shows creator, Mitch Hurwitz, says in the posted letter: 'A new fifth season of Arrested Development will be coming back to Netflix soon. Like real soon. Created for television by Derek Waters and Jeremy Konner, Drunk History is produced by Central Productions and executive produced by Waters and Konner, along with Gary Sanchez Productions' Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Owen Burke.
