END OF THE RAINBOW Begins Previews at Broadway's Belasco

The Broadway premiere of End of the Rainbow, a new play with music, begins previews tonight at the Belasco Theatre.Opening night is set for Monday, April 2. Michael Cumpsty, Tom Pelphrey and Jay Russell join two-time Oliver Award-winner Tracie Bennett in Peter Quilter's acclaimed play about the legendary Judy Garland, directed by the Tony® Award winning Terry Johnson.

END OF THE RAINBOW to Play Broadway's Belasco; Cumptsy, Pelphrey & Russell Join Cast

Producers Lee Dean, Laurence Myers and Joey Parnes announced today that the complete cast of the Broadway premiere of End of the Rainbow, a new play with music, is in place. Michael Cumpsty, Tom Pelphrey and Jay Russell will join two-time Oliver Award-winner Tracie Bennett in Peter Quilter's acclaimed play about the legendary Judy Garland. Directed by the Tony® Award winning Terry Johnson, End of the Rainbow will begin performances on Monday, March 19, 2012 at the Belasco Theatre, with an opening night now set for Monday, April 2.

Joel Grey To Guest Star On Grey's Anatomy 11/12

Academy and Tony Award-winning actor and photographer Joel Grey returns to television in a new episode of ABC's 'Grey's Anatomy.' Grey, whose recent TV credits include critically acclaimed appearances on 'Private Practice,' 'Brothers & Sisters' and 'House,' will guest star in the November 12, 2009 episode titled 'New History' as Izzie Steven's (Katherine Heigl) high school mentor suffering from dementia.

Music is by Nacio Herb Brown, lyrics by Arthur Freed.

Academy and Tony Award-Winning actor and photographer Joel Grey celebrated the release of his new book, titled 1.3 - Images from My Phone, at Barnes at Noble Tribeca (97 Warren St. at Greenwich St.) on Tuesday, May 26 at 7:00 p.m. The book, published by powerHouse, is Grey's third published book of photographs and will be available in stores nationwide June 2.

In 'Nothing to Fear,' Violet finds out she's pregnant but isn't sure who the father is; Addison struggles with her own guilty conscience after her kiss with Wyatt; and Sam and Pete clash when an old friend and colleague (Grey) asks them to help him die. Meanwhile Charlotte proposes marriage to Cooper. 'Private Practice' stars Kate Walsh as Dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery, Tim Daly as Dr. Pete Wilder, Audra McDonald as Dr. Naomi Bennett, Paul Adelstein as Dr. Cooper Freedman, KaDee Strickland as Dr. Charlotte King, Chris Lowell as William Dell Parker, with Taye Diggs as Dr. Sam Bennett and Amy Brenneman as Dr. Violet Turner. Next week the semi finals take place, so tonight had to be crunch time, in that viewers have to see to the right Joseph go home. A surprise exit, is not is needed to boost this show. With £50 per ticket at stake for theatre-goers, they need four stars to come back, standing tall, confident that that they have West End potential. So who went home and who stayed to don the coat?
