The Brave New Workshop Comedy Theatre will focus on love and relationships in their Winter 2014 production, 'A Snowplow Named Desire: Love in Minnesota,' which opens just in time for the Valentine's Day love rush. The show will feature both new sketches and some classic pieces, all of which will explore just about every facet of love and relationships, all through the BNW's trademark satirical lens.

The Brave New Workshop Theatre (BNW) is pleased to announce the title of its 2013 holiday-themed comedy revue: 'I Saw Daddy Marry Santa Claus.' Previews for this, the BNW's 282nd production, will be November 7-14, and opening night will be Friday, November 15. 'I Saw Daddy Marry Santa Claus' runs through January 25, 2014. All performances are at the Brave New Workshop Theatre main stage at 824 Hennepin Avenue, Downtown Minneapolis.

Opening Mixed Blood Theatre's 37th season is the winner of the 2010 Pulitzer Prize for drama, NEXT TO NORMAL, described as 'a breathtaking rock production that reveals one family's struggle with mental illness.' Artistic Director Jack Reuler directs the powerhouse musical, which was also nominated for 11 Tony Awards. Next to Normal, with book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey and music by Tom Kitt, opens October 5 and runs through November 11 at Mixed Blood's historic firehouse theatre on the West Bank, 1501 S.
