Sweeney Todd has become a bloody, worldwide success since being awarded 8 Tony awards, one of them for Best Musical, for its Broadway premiere. Adapted to film by Tim Burton with Johnny Depp as the title role, Sweeney has slashed his way across entertainment mediums.

Due to the grandness of PENNY DREADFUL's scale, going into the finale, the show's pacing and habit of ignoring characters and storylines for weeks at a time left me wondering what would actually be revealed in the Season Finale.
