The Public Theater announced complete casting today for TINY BEAUTIFUL THINGS, based on the acclaimed book by best-selling author Cheryl Strayed and adapted for the stage by Academy Award-nominated writer Nia Vardalos, with direction by Thomas Kail. This richly funny, uplifting new show is co-conceived by Marshall Heyman, Thomas Kail, and Nia Vardalos and will also feature Vardalos as the anonymous online advice columnist 'Sugar.'

Last night, The Public Theater's Public Forum series presented PUBLIC FORUM: A CONVERSATION WITH CHERYL STRAYED. Cheryl Strayed comes to Public Forum on the eve of the opening of Tiny Beautiful Things, based on her book of the same name (in turn inspired by her "Dear Sugar" advice column) for a freewheeling conversation with Deborah Needleman on feminism, happiness, advice, and more.

#EduHam is a series of HAMILTON Wednesday matinees made available to New York City schools with a high concentration of students from low-income families for the ticket price of only $10. This educational partnership, made possible through a $1.46 million grant by The Rockefeller Foundation, is not only providing 20,000 NYC public school students with the opportunity to see HAMILTON on Broadway, but provides educational material by Gilder Lehrman to incorporate material from the musical into the American History curriculum.

Just before Thanksgiving, Actor and Hollywood Records recording artist Jordan Fisher made his Broadway debut in Hamilton, starring as John Laurens and Philip Hamilton. Fisher took over for original cast member Anthony Ramos who played his final performance on November 20.

Producer Jeffrey Seller and SHN announced today that single tickets for HAMILTON will go on-sale to the public on Monday, December 12 at 10 AM.  Tickets will be available for performances March 10, 2017 through August 5, 2017.
