RAINBOWS & RIBBONS by Ross Hewitt to Benefit BC/EFA

'Rainbows & Ribbons' a new show by Ross Hewitt will be presented at Don't Tell Mama, 343 West 46th Street, NYC on Saturday, March 25th at 5:00 pm. It is a benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids and ALL proceeds will go the the organization. Musical director for the production is Phil Hall. The cover is only $20.00 and there is a 2 drink minimum. Information and reservations can be made by calling (212) 757-0788.

Berkeley Rep Announces Casting of MONSOON WEDDING

Berkeley Repertory Theatre today announced the casting for the world premiere of Monsoon Wedding. The musical stage production will be directed by acclaimed filmmaker Mira Nair and hosts a cast of 20 actors from around the globe.

Natalie Weiss to Join Jonathan Reid Gealt at the London Hippodrome 2/16/2017

Club 11 London and The Hippodrome are pleased to announce american composer Jonathan Reid Gealt is returning to London on 16th February 2017at his first concert at the London Hippodrome Casino. Atlanta Legend Robert Ray to Headline PRISCILLA, QUEEN OF THE DESERT

After a ten year absence, Atlanta cabaret and theatre icon Robert Ray returns to the stage (and straps on some high heels) in Out Front Theatre Company's production of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert: The Muiscal!  Ray will appear in the role of Bernadette Bassenger and will belt out classic tunes like "MacArthur Park," "We Belong," "True Colors,"  "I Will Survive" and many more!

42nd Street Moon concludes its 23rd season with Frank Loesser's glorious Napa Valley romance, the Tony Award-winning THE MOST HAPPY FELLA. This masterpiece with book, music and lyrics by Frank Loesser (Guys and Dolls, How to Succeed in Business …, Where's Charley?) is an unconventional and sweepingly romantic love story set in the vineyards of Napa Valley. Considered one of Loesser's greatest works, the stunning score includes "The Most Happy Fella," "Standing on the Corner," "Joey, Joey, Joey," "Rosabella," "Big D," "My Heart Is So Full of You" and "Song of a Summer Night." Directed by Cindy Goldfield, with musical direction by Dave Dobrusky, THE MOST HAPPY FELLA will run April 27 - May 17, 2016 (Press opening: Saturday, April 30) at the Eureka Theatre, 215 Jackson Street, San Francisco. Atlanta Lyric Theatre Managing Artistic Director Brandt Blocker announced today that Brian Frey has been hired as full-time production manager for the 35-year-old musical theatre company.

Broadway Vet Victoria Mallory Dies at 64

BroadwayWorld.com has confirmed the sad news this morning that actress Victoria Mallory died on August 30, 2014 after a battle with pancreatic cancer. She leaves behind her husband (and former A Little Night Music co-star) Mark Lambert, and daughter Ramona Mallory Lambert, also an actress.

Twenty four guests were trapped for five hours at 75 feet above the ground on the Joker's Jinx roller coaster in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
