The National Theatre of Great Britain's fourth season of National Theatre Live, the ground-breaking initiative to broadcast live performances from the National's stages to cinemas worldwide, will continue in 2013 with Arthur Wing Pinero's The Magistrate on January 17, Alan Bennett's People on March 21 and James Graham's This House on May 16. Since its first season, which began in June 2009 with the acclaimed production of Phedre starring Helen Mirren, over one million people have now experienced the National's work on movie screens worldwide.

Horse puppets from Arts Centre Melbourne's upcoming War Horse production and a five-metre long Raptor dinosaur puppet and are among the highlights of the upcoming exhibition War Horse and the Breath of Life celebrating the art of puppetry. Developed in collaboration with The National Theatre of Great Britain to support the Arts Centre Melbourne's season of War Horse, the exhibition will be staged in Arts Centre Melbourne Gallery I from Saturday 10 November 2012 to Sunday 17 March 2013.

The production has set a record in Canada as the longest-running professional drama of all time. At the time of closing, the production will have played 368 performances.

CTC first brought The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins to the stage and then were the creators of the stage production of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Bob Boyett and the National Theatre of Great Britain announceD today that their acclaimed Broadway production of ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS recouped its $3.25 million capitalization, during the week ending August 19, 2012.
