The Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts in New Albany today announced its 2014-15 season which includes:

The exuberant power of gospel music lights up The Grand 1894 Opera House on Saturday, June 28 at 8pm, with an always inspiring performance by The Blind Boys of Alabama.

The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts today announced the performance calendar for its inaugural 2014-15 season, with a total of 33 productions, performing groups and individual artists - exclusive of September grand opening events and subscription performances by its resident companies. Blue Note Entertainment Group has announced its first-annual NEW YORK BRASS AND HERITAGE FESTIVAL, a celebration of New Orleans music and culture today, January 7-12, 2014.

Following the record-breaking attendance of Festival 2013, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival announces the 2014 Festival schedule. Jacob's Pillow is a National Historic Landmark, home to America's longest-running dance festival, and a recipient of the National Medal of Arts. Noted dance writer Jennifer Dunning has called the Pillow "the dance center of the nation, possibly the world."

Blue Note Entertainment Group has announced its first-annual NEW YORK BRASS AND HERITAGE FESTIVAL, a celebration of New Orleans music and culture January 7-12, 2014. Artists including THE REBIRTH BRASS BAND, THE BLIND BOYS OF ALABAMA, THE DIRTY DOZEN BRASS BAND, KELLER WILLIAMS AND THE TRAVELIN' MCCOURYS and more will take to the stage at Blue Note Jazz Club, B.B. King Blues Club & Grill, The Highline Ballroom, Lucille's Bar & Grill, and Drom, bringing a mix of New Orleans jazz-fusion, blues and brass for six nights of unforgettable Southern comfort.

Each year, the sights and sounds of the season ring throughout Walt Disney Concert Hall at the annual holiday concerts. Beginning December 10, the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association presents eclectic and festive programming, including the very first Christmas concerts with Music Director Gustavo Dudamel and the LA Phil, Grammy-winning artists The Blind Boys of Alabama, Judy Collins, Chanticleer and The Count Basie Orchestra, Oscar winner Julie Andrews, and two very special performances on New Year's Eve featuring Sergio Mendes and Sheila E.

Depeche Mode, the Cure and Kings of Leon are set to headline the 2013 Austin City Limits festival. Muse, Lionel Richie, Atoms for Peace, Phoenix and Wilco are also set to headline.

Z2 Entertainment will present Blind Boys of Alabama to the Boulder Theater on Thursday, December 5th, 2013. Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, August 23rd, 2013 at 10:00 am for $25.00 general admission seated, $30 reserved and $40 gold circle.

Single tickets for the 2013-14 season at the Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, UC Davis go on sale August 9, and additional Just Added performances will be part of the mix: Diana Krall, Pink Martini Holiday Concert, Blind Boys of Alabama Christmas Show and a third performance by the San Francisco Symphony.

Diana Ross will appear at the Hollywood Bowl this summer for a special one-night-only performance tonight, August 3. Subscriptions are now available for purchase. Single tickets will be available for purchase in early May 2013.

Sony Masterworks announces the release of the Blind Boys of Alabama's new album, I'll Find a Way, produced by Justin Vernon (of Bon Iver) and available on October 1 st, 2013.

The Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival, a production of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, is set to fulfill its mission of connecting the community to the arts this summer, today, June 7 - 16, 2013, in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The 10-day Festival is free and open to the public and presents high-quality and diverse visual and performing art attractions sprawling from the newly renovated Point State Park at the confluence of the city's famed three rivers, through picturesque Gateway Center, and into Pittsburgh's world-renowned 14-block Cultural District. During its vast and varied history, the Festival has featured more than 12,000 artists and entertained millions of residents and visitors, including an annual crowd of 400,000.

The Blind Boys Of Alabama have signed a worldwide deal with Sony Masterworks, and the label will release the band's next album this Fall. Produced by Justin Vernon of Bon Iver, the release will feature an array of unexpected special guests to be announced soon.
