Duke City Repertory Theatre presents Night of the Living Dead: from the basement, based on the film by George A. Romero, adapted by DCRT company member Josh Heard and directed by DCRT Artistic Director Amelia Ampuero. The show features DCRT resident actors Ezra Colon, Frank Taylor Green, and Ashley Daniels as well as Catherine Pilafas (The 39 Steps, The Nutcracker) and introducing Elliott King to the DCRT stage. 

The Cell, where Duke City Repertory is performing this show, is just two blocks from the Central nightclub strip full of young people.  Can that crowd please attend the theater too?  Tickets are less expensive than a couple drinks, and there's catharsis instead of a hangover. Besides, here is a play that shines a light on your exact ritual, O young people:  The 'night out on the town.'

Seven-year-old Lucy Lesprit lands the biggest role of her career at St. Catherine's Academy-the whistle solo in the upcoming Christmas Extravaganza-when tragedy strikes, Dec. 4-21. A well-aimed hockey puck takes out Lucy's two front teeth, and the coveted Christmas Trophy she and her classmates seek to win every year now hangs in jeopardy.

Duke City Repertory Theatre presents All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth, written by Catherine Bush and directed by DCRT company member Frank Taylor Green. Taking on the hilarious challenge of adult actors playing children, the show will feature company members Amelia Ampuero, Katie Becker Colon, Ezra Colon, Josh Heard, Lauren Myers, and newcomer Willis Miller as Sister Susan. Duke City Repertory Theatre presents GASLIGHT, written by Patrick Hamilton and directed by Amelia Ampuero, running September 26th - October 6th, 2013 (Thurs through Sun), with opening night slated for Thursday, September 26th at 8 p.m. at The Cell Theatre.

The band recently released their debut self-titled EP, which will be available for purchase at the venue as well as digitally on iTunes, CD Baby, Bandcamp, Amazon and Spotify. Hard copies are also being sold at the Circle in the Square Theatre, where GODSPELL plays eight shows a week.
