Shakespeare & Company has announced The Conservatory at Shakespeare & Company's winter production of King John, directed by longtime Company artist, and star of this summer's critically acclaimed production of Cassandra Speaks, Tod Randolph. Now in its sixth year, the Conservatory, a 13-week professional actor training program includes 10 - 16 promising actors from across the country and around the globe. This year's program features a group of 16 who will join forces in Shakespeare's rarely produced King John for three special performances in the Tina Packer Playhouse.

The Harlem Repertory Theatre presents an intimate chamber version of DREAMGIRLS with a cast of 10 that will be performed in the heart of Harlem.

Additional casting has been announced for LUCKY GUY on Broadway. The production stars two-time Academy Award-winner Tom Hanks, making his Broadway debut, in a new play by three-time Academy Award-nominee Nora Ephron and directed by two-time Tony Award-winner George C. Wolfe.

This week rehearsals begin for Katori Hall's magical new play, The Mountaintop. Already a worldwide sensation-winner of London's Olivier Award and recently hailed in a star-studded Broadway production-the play receives its highly anticipated Baltimore premiere on January 9, 2013. Tickets are selling quickly, with some performances nearly sold out.

Arizona Theatre Company presents the Arizona Premiere of "Jane Austen's Emma" a new romantic musical comedy that brings Jane Austen's masterpiece to life. "Jane Austen's Emma" plays at the Temple of Music and Art and runs from December 1, 2012 - December 22, 2012. It continues its run in Phoenix at the Herberger Theater Center from December 31, 2012 - January 20, 2013. "Jane Austen's Emma" is sponsored by Shirley Estes. ATC's season sponsors are I. Television and stage star Jane Kaczmarek and Culture Clash co-founder/actor/writer Herbert Siguenza will host the 2012 LA Stage Alliance Ovation Awards Ceremony tonight, November 12, at the historic Los Angeles Theatre in downtown LA. The curtain will rise at 7:30pm.
