The official announcement was made Monday night at a gArden Party at The Courtyard at the Hartley House, with a wine tasting sponsored by a cellar full of noise, included appearances byMike Daisey, Colman Domingo and BD Wong, and special guests including Tom Hewitt and Nilaja Sun. Award-winning solo performer Ben Rimalower presented Eva Price with the Pioneer Award, recognizing individuals and companies who have forged the way for solo theatre. The third annual All For One Theatre Festival will play a limited engagement at Cherry Lane Studio Theater (38 Commerce Street, NY). Performances begin Friday, Oct 11 and continue through Saturday, Nov 9.

This other Mozart toured throughout Europe, performing side by side with her brother Amadeus, to equal acclaim. Yet none of her compositions have survived and today hardly anyone knows she existed. Using Nannerl's own letters and those of her family, the performance investigates how this female prodigy, this Mozart, faded from the world - and whether this loss was inevitable.

The original production, [The] Ophelia Landscape is current playing at the James and Martha Duffy Theater in Brooklyn. Poiesis Theatre Project's inaugural production, directed by Naum Panovski, offsets a bleak portrayal of the position of women in the past and the present with comic relief in the form of a captivating circus-like "mousetrap" scene.
