NCTF Holds Annual Chairman's Awards Gala On 4/20 Honors Jane Fonda, John Breglio

National Corporate Theatre Fund (NCTF) will hold its Annual Chairman's Awards Gala and benefit on Monday, April 20 at New York's Cipriani's Pegasus (30 Rockefeller Plaza). This year, NCTF Chairman James S. Turley, Chairman & CEO of Ernst & Young, will honor Jane Fonda (returning to Broadway this season in 33 Variations), producer John Breglio (the recent revival of A Chorus Line) and USA TODAY.

Chenoweth Reveals 'PUSHING DAISIES' Movie A Possibility

Kristin Chenoweth revealed that there could be a potential direct to DVD 'Pushing Daisies'. She states that when and if the the unaired episodes eventually air, they won't resolve all of the plotlines on the show - but she told TV Guide that show creator Bryan Fuller has an idea for a movie that would. 'It would wrap up a lot of the unanswered questions that people will have once they finally air our final episodes,' the singer-actress told TVGuide.com. 'It's way too good to push on somebody,' she said. 'You either air it and let the world see it or - you know, that show, I'm sorry if it sounds arrogant, but it's the best thing ever.'

Chenoweth and Greene To Sing Selections on 'PUSHING DAISIES' CD

Pushing Daisies stars Kristin Chenoweth and Ellen Greene,, two long time Broadway favorites, will be featured on the series upcoming CD release. The Varese Sarabande release will highlight the programs vivid and witty instrumental music for the show by Pushing Daisies writer Jim Dooley. The company has announced it will have 35 tracks and is to be released later this month.

ABC Cancels 'PUSHING DAISIES'

ABC made several midseason programming announcements, including the decision to not pick up 'Pushing Daisies,' for another full season. ABC also announced the end of 'Dirty Sexy Money' and 'Eli Stone'.

GOOD EGG Responsible Meg has always taken care of her bipolar younger brother Matt. But when she decides to get pregnant-and have her embryos screened for bipolar disorder-is she taking the idea of 'being responsible' too far? A funny and surprising play about bioethics, siblings, and the limits of unconditional love. Dorothy Fortenberry recently graduated from the Yale School of Drama with an MFA in Playwriting.
