WICKED, the most anticipated musical production of the 2010 - 2011 Fred Meyer Broadway In Boise season will go on sale to the public at 7:00 a.m., Friday, March 4th.

Carly Rose Sonenclar, who stars as Chloe in WONDERLAND - A New Alice. A New Musical on Broadway, will appear on the WPIX-TV Morning News at 8:20AM and on ABC News Now's 'What's the Buzz' at 1:00pm tomorrow on Wednesday, February 23.

A day-of-performance lottery for a limited number of orchestra seats will be held daily for WICKED, which will be performing from February 23 through March 27, 2011 at The Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre. Each day, 2½ hours prior to the show, people that present themselves at The Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre box office will have their names placed in a lottery drum. Thirty minutes later, names will be drawn for a limited number of orchestra seats at $25 each, cash only. This lottery is available only in-person at the box office, with a limit of two tickets per person.

The National Tour of SPRING AWAKENING is coming to Nashville on February 25 through February 27.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Interim Executive Director Joey Parnes) has added two additional performances to the world premiere production of Rinne Groff's COMPULSION, directed by Oskar Eustis and featuring Hannah Cabell, Matte Osian and Mandy Patinkin. The 2007 Tony Award winner for Best Musical and 2008 Grammy Award winner for Best Musical Show Album, SPRING AWAKENING will return to Los Angeles for one week only, February 8 - 13, 2011. This engagement will mark the first time the show has come to Hollywood's iconic Pantages Theatre.

The play Spring Awakening by Frank Wedekind, which was written in Germany in the late 19th century was censored for a time due to its portrayal of masturbation, abortion, homosexuality, rape, child abuse and suicide. Treating the rocky sexual coming of age of a group of teenagers, its helter-skelter but life-affirming journey is explored in the 2006 Tony Award winning musical of the same name Spring Awakening through folk based and alternative rock, and boasts some expertly staged storytelling, singing, choreography and exuberant performances at the Pantages for one week only.
