Tonight (Wednesday) at 7 PM, Socrates in the City will present a very special onstage interview with legendary TV personality and star of Broadway's INTO THE WOODS and THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW, Dick Cavett, at W83, 150 West 83rd Street (between Columbus & Amsterdam Ave.) The interview, conducted by bestselling author and founder of Socrates in the City, Eric Metaxas, will focus on Cavett's new book BRIEF ENCOUNTERS: CONVERSATIONS, MAGIC MOMENTS AND ASSORTED HIJINKS.

In 1965, legendary Motown songwriter Ron Miller penned the lyrics to 'For Once In My Life,' which became a timeless classic covered by hundreds of major label artists over the past five decades, including its breakthrough hit recording by Stevie Wonder in 1968, which was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2009. Miller passed away in 2007. Now, Miller's grandson, 14-year-old singer and multi-talented performer Oliver Richman (www.oliverrichman.com), celebrates the 50th anniversary of the song's composition and his grandfather's great legacy with a lush and intimate recording of the beloved standard. Berkshire Theatre Group presents legendary band The Wailers at the Colonial Theatre tonight, December 3 at 7:30pm.
