The Kennedy Center presents KINKY BOOTS, the smash-hit musical that brings together four-time Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein (Book) and Grammy Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper (Tony Award winner for Best Score for KINKY BOOTS). The production makes its Washington, D.C. premiere at the Kennedy Center for four weeks from June 14 through July 10, 2016, in the Kennedy Center Opera House.

In East Lansing, the production will conduct a pre-show lottery at the ticket office, making a limited number of tickets available at $25 apiece per performance.

On June 16th and 17th, one of contemporary music's most historic nights will return to Carnegie Hall.

Back by popular demand, THE BOOK OF MORMON , which played a record breaking weeklong run in 2014, returns to the Fox Cities P.A.C. for a limited engagement October 4-9, 2016. 

There is a shake-up in the creative team for Disney's Broadway-bound FROZEN. According to Variety, Tony winner Christopher Gattelli (NEWSIES) will join as choreographer in place of Peter Darling (MATILDA, BILLY ELLIOT). Darling reportedly departs the production due to conflicts with another new musical- GROUNDHOG DAY, which is due to premiere in London later this year.

Broadway In Chicago has announced that back by popular demand, Kinky Boots, the smash-hit musical that brings together four-time Tony Award-winner Harvey Fierstein (Book) and Grammy Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper (Tony Award-winner for Best Score for Kinky Boots), returns to Chicago at the Oriental Theatre (24 W. Randolph) for one week only August 30 - September 4, 2016.

Cirque du Soleil - PARAMOUR is the organization's first production created specifically for Broadway. PARAMOUR just opened last night, May 25 at the Lyric Theatre and BroadwayWorld was on hand for the special night. Check out photos from the star-studded red carpet below!

Disney just held its developmental lab for the Broadway-bound FROZEN, and new details on what promises to be the Great White Way's next blockbuster have emerged from the ice.

Although the Royal Alexandra Theatre will close for six months for a major renovation as soon as the show closes, the producers of KINKY BOOTS have managed to squeeze in one more final performance of the immensely popular musical.  The extra show, added to keep up with demand, will be performed on Sunday, May 15 at 7PM.
