Nominations in 26 competitive categories for the American Theatre Wing's 64th Annual Antoinette Perry 'Tony' Awards were announced May 4, 2010 by Broadway Star Lea Michele and Tony Award Nominee Jeff Daniels.

The Tony Awards Nominations were announced this morning on Tuesday, May 4th. TACT/The Actor's Company Theatre celebrated the remarkable success of its 2009/10 season and honored the accomplishments of one of the country's most renowned and recognizable actors, Sam Waterston, at its annual spring gala on Monday, May 3rd at The Edison Ballroom. The celebratory evening kicked off at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception and silent auction. The New York Times reports that Gregory Itzin, most famous for his portrayal of Charles Logan in Fox's hit series '24,' will join the previously announced Norbert Leo Butz (as 'Jeffrey Skilling'), Stephen Kunken (as 'Andy Fastow') in the upcoming Broadway production of Lucy Prebble's 'Enron.' Itzin will portray disgraced Enron chairman Kenneth Lay.
