'Cat on a Hot Tin Roof' recoups 2.1 million dollar investment in twelve weeks.

The National Urban Technology Center (Urban Tech) will honor outstanding community leaders Dr. Mehmet Oz and Stephen C. Byrd at the 2008 Urban Tech fundraising gala. The event will be held on Wednesday, June 4th at Capitale.

'Cat on a Hot Tin Roof' stars Terrence Howard, Phylicia Rashad and Anika Noni Rose will be immortalized on the walls of Sardi's Restaurant on May 8th.

The previously announced Broadway run of the African- American production of Tennessee Williams' Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, directed by Debbie Allen, will hit Broadwawy beginning the week of February 11, 2008 at Broadway's Broadhurst Theatre.
