Rattlestick Playwrights Theater continues its 15th anniversary season with the world premiere of Blind, by Craig Wright (The Pavilion, Lady). Directed by Lucie Tiberghein (The Pavilion, Geometry of Fire), performances begin Wednesday, February 17th, 2010. Opening night is Thursday, February 25th at 7pm. The show is scheduled to run through Sunday, March 21st, 2010.

Lookingglass Theatre presents the world premiere of Trust, written by David Schwimmer and Andy Bellin, and directed by Schwimmer and Heidi Stillman. Trust is based on the screenplay by Andy Bellin and Rob Festinger. Schwimmer has previously directed a film version of Trust starring Clive Owen and Catherine Keener.

Award-winning stars are aligning for the annual Gala Benefit supporting the Ojai Playwrights Conference on Saturday, January 30, 2010 in Ojai, California.

DownTownTheatre Company proudly presents the World Premiere of Daddy, written by Dan Via and directed by David Hilder. Annette Bening, who plays the famed feminist in playwright Joanna Murray-Smith's comedy The Female of the Species, will be sharing the Geffen Playhouse stage with a diverse group of acclaimed actors: David Arquette (Scream, Never Been Kissed), Tony Award nominee Mireille Enos (Big Love, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf on Broadway), Merritt Wever (Nurse Jackie), Julian Sands (A Room with a View, Boxing Helena) and Josh Stamberg (Drop Dead Diva). The production is helmed by Geffen Playhouse Artistic Director Randall Arney and begins in previews on February 2 with an official opening night of Wednesday, February 10, 2010.

American Theater Company (ATC) celebrates its 25th Anniversary with The Silver Project, a year-long festival of 30 world premiere short plays penned by some of the country's leading playwrights.
