On November 24th at 9:30pm, BroadwayUnderstudies.com has once again invited some of Broadway's most talented understudies to the stage of the Laurie Beechman Theatre to share their rare talent-the ability to perform at a second's notice. They'll be thrown into the fire in 'Half Hour 4: A Last Minute Concert,' a show where even they don't know what they'll be singing before they step up to the microphone. The audience will get to vote on what song each performer will sing.
Tony Award nominee Craig Lucas' acclaimed play RECKLESS returns to New York on October 28h, 2013 at 8pm for a one-night only benefit reading in the Peter Jay Sharp Theater (416 West 42nd Street), directed by Kate Whoriskey (Ruined) and featuring an all-star cast. All proceeds will benefit Safe Horizon(www.safehorizon.org), 'the largest organization of its kind in the United States that helps victims overcome crisis and become survives as they restore their lives'. The evening is produced by The Indigo Theatre Project (Nick Gereffi and Rachel Sussman, Co-Founding Artistic Directors), a theater company that strives to unite passion with purpose by producing high-profile readings of notable plays to benefit charities aligned with the work being read. After the wildly successful 'Broadway Loves Britney' and 'Broadway Sings The 90's' concerts, 'The TRL Generation' returns to the Canal Room on Sunday, November 10th with 'Broadway Loves the Spice Girls,' a 'Girl Power'-filled song and dance extravaganza paying tribute to the Fab Five. The 9:30PM concert is musically directed by Benjamin Rauhala, directed by Kyle Fox, and produced by Shoshana Feinstein.

Tonight, August 5th, 9:30pm, 'NOT At This Performance' returns to 54 Below for a second edition. The evening features past understudies who never got to go on in the roles they covered, finally get to play those roles in front of a live audience.
The concert stars Paul Castree (Young Frankenstein, 9 to 5), Robi Hager (How to Succeed in Business, Bye Bye Birdie), Jesse JP Johnson (Wicked, Altar Boyz), Veronica Kuehn (Avenue Q), Bethany Moore (Pippin), Libby Servais (Wicked), Taylor Trensch (Matilda, Bare), and Donna Vivino (Wicked). The audience can expect to hear music from All Shook Up, Hairspray, High Fidelity, Into the Woods, Lysistrata Jones, Rent, Spring Awakening, and Xanadu, as well as behind the scenes stories.

On April 21st, 9:30pm at Joe's Pub, Lindsay Mendez and Michael Holland will premiere their new musical revue entitled 'You're Gonna Hate This.' The 2-person show was conceived by and stars Mendez & Holland, with all music & lyrics by Holland.
On March 18th, Remy Zaken and Gabe Violett, who rose to fame in Broadway's Spring Awakening, will show another side with (re)Introducing Remy and Gabe. The 7pm concert at the Laurie Beechman Theater, will feature the duo singing popular hits and brand new songs, as well as sharing funny and intimate stories.
On February 6th, 'Debutante Ball' featured 10 young performers making their New York stage debut at the Laurie Beechman theatre, singing brand new songs by Landon Braverman & Derek P.
