Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Toby Keith, Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood are the 2012 CMT ARTISTS OF THE YEAR, it was announced earlier this evening during the premiere of the 90-minute special hosted by country super group Rascal Flatts and "Nashville" actress Hayden Panettiere. These seven country music superstars were honored by some of the biggest names in entertainment during an exclusive night of wall-to-wall performances and special appearances. 2012 CMT ARTISTS OF THE YEAR is now available on CMT.com and will re-air on Sunday, December 9 at 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., and Tuesday, December 11 at 12:00 a.m. All times are ET/PT.

Overall, Dan Auerbach (The Black Keys), FUN., Jay-Z, Mumford & Sons, Frank Ocean, and Kanye West top the nominations with six each; The Black Keys, Chick Corea, and Miguel each garner five nods; and producer Jeff Bhasker, mastering engineer Bob Ludwig and Nas are each up for four awards.

Broadway stars Emily Padgett and Matthew Hydzik will star as "Alex" and "Nick" in the world premiere of FLASHDANCE - THE MUSICAL, the stage adaptation of the 1983 hit film that defined a generation. Kenny's performance will be televised LIVE nationally on FOX during halftime of the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game against the Washington Redskins on November 22, 2012 at 3:15PM (CT). The concert marks the 16th year of the Thanksgiving Day partnership between the Dallas Cowboys and The Salvation Army, in which time the Red Kettle Campaign has raised more than $1.5 billion.

The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO) SuperPops welcomes The Canadian Tenors, led by conductor Michael Rossi, to the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall on Thanksgiving weekend, with performances on Friday, November 23 and Saturday, November 24 at 8 p.m., and on Sunday, November 25 at 3 p.m. The Tenors, who have sung with such superstars as Sting, Sheryl Crow, Sarah McLachlan, Neil Young and Sir Paul McCartney, will bring their blend of pop and classic songs to Baltimore audiences.
